Orders and Customization
Many of our products are customized. By placing an order, you agree that all customization details provided (including names, spelling, and formatting) are accurate. That Journal Shop is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Orders may not be changed or canceled once they have been processed.

Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the customized nature of many of our products, all sales are final on personalized items.

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

To request a resolution, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide proof (such as photos).

Digital products, including downloadable journals and prompts, are non-refundable once delivered.
