At That Journal Shop, we take pride in creating quality products, many of which are made-to-order or personalized. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Customized Products
All customized and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes any product where a name, text, or other custom detail has been added. Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order, as we are not responsible for customer errors.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at hello@thatjournalshop.com within 7 days timeframe of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide photos of the item and packaging for verification.
Digital Products
All digital products, including downloadable journals and prompts, are non-refundable once delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed, especially for customized items.
Shipping Issues
That Journal Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
